3. Enrollment & User Obligations

Enrollment in any Forge track is contingent upon a successful admissions process, including technical assessments and background verification. As a student or 'apprentice' of the Forge, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the enrollment phase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your platform credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Financial Terms & Payment Protocols

Tuition fees for our programs are disclosed on our pricing page and are subject to change. For students utilizing our upfront payment or installment plans, all payments are due according to the schedule set forth in your individual Enrollment Agreement. For students utilizing our Income Share Agreement (ISA) pathway, your financial obligations are governed by a separate, detailed contract that outlines specific income thresholds and payment caps. Late payments may result in the suspension of access to our technical platforms and curriculum. Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Texas Workforce Commission.
